Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) is a triple-accredited institution offering a range of Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Professional degrees. Since 2014 RH has managed a wide range of digital recruitment campaigns for LUMS spanning UK and International markets.
The recent recruitment cycle focused on LUMS' MBA programme, and so RH was tasked with driving an increased number of applications from high quality international students.
RH's research into the global MBA market analysed localised trends in order to establish an effective recruitment strategy. We worked with the University's internal teams to establish new landing webpages, and implemented tracking for Goal Conversion funnels to enable us to report on and optimise the campaign for the best ROI.
A range of digital media channels were selected to form the backbone of the MBA campaign, spanning Search, Social Media, Remarketing and Programmatic advertising opportunities. All activity harnessed the power of real-time bidding and performance optimisation to maximise cost efficiencies and drive high quality engagement from prospective MBA students.
The campaign proved to be highly successful and delivered a considerable uplift in converting landing page traffic throughout the campaign period.
